Team

Led by founding partners Richard W. Mitchell and John H. Mouat, our staff of seven includes five architects, all licensed in the state of Michigan.

Our core staff has worked together for an average of ten years. We work collaboratively together in an open-office environment, fostering the spirit of idea-sharing and honest feedback.

Our shared values enable a degree of integrity in both project design and the relationships we develop with our clients. These core values include:

  • Communication: we establish a strong line of communication with every client and project.
  • Standards: we maintain defined standards regarding project quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Flexibility: our small size and varied expertise allows for the ability to adapt to the conditions of the project.
